음 순서 엉망이군

자극에 의한 반응.. 신경 세포와 그들의 network에 의해 수행..

뇌의 기본 구성 단위는 신경세포인데 보통 neuron이라 하며

뇌기능을 이해하는 데는 다음 4가지 단계로 나누어 생각한다.

1. 뉴론 한 세포에서 어떻게 신호가 발생하고 같은 세포의 다른 부분에 전달되는가?

(세포내 신호 발생 및 전달, intracellular communication)

2. 뉴론과 뉴론 사이에 어떻게 연결되고 어덯게 정보가 전달되는가?

(communiation between cells, synapse)

3. 서로 다른 연결 혹은 synapse 에서의 정보전달이 뇌의 기능과는 어떤 관계가 있는가?

4. 뇌의 기능이 경험, 학습 등 여러 환경의 변화에 의하여 어떻게 조절 되는가?(synaptic plasiticity)

뉴런은 이반적으로

세포체 : 세포의 대사가 일어나는 중심부 이며 유전자 endoplasmic reticulum 등을 가지고 있다. 두방향의 돌기를 내보내는 데 수상돌기, 축삭돌기 이다. 세포체는 여러개의 dendrite를 가지고 있다. 보통 1개의 axon을 내며 세포체에서 axon으로의 이행부위를 axon hillock이라 부른다. axon hillock 은 전도성 활동 전압이 시작되는 부위이다. 이게 아마 척추동물 중추신경계에서 대부분을 차지하는 multipolar neuron일듯?

뉴런은

unipolar, bipolar, pseudo-unipolar neuron, mulipolar neuron으로 나뉜다.

교세포는 뉴런에 붙어있는데 일반세포에 비해 작고, 10~50배 많은 교세포가 있으며

신호 전달 기전에서는 뭘 하는지는 잘몰르지만 ㅠ

(1) 뉴론의 지지조직으로서의 기능

(2) myelin을 내서 큰 axon을 덮는 기능

(3) 죽은 뉴론이나 손상 받은 뉴론에서 노폐물의 처리기능

(4) 세포외액 K+ 의 buffer 기능

(5) 뉴론의 발육 기간 동안 뉴론 이동의 길잡이 기능

(6) 일부분에서 뇌-혈관 장벽 형성에 일조를 담당

(7) 일분 뉴론에 영양을 공급하는 기능
